Ultimately, I aim to support my people by creating safe and effective exercise programs that can help them achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Movement is medicine!

EXPERIENCE
I found fitness first as a dancer growing up and then in college as a spinning instructor and small group trainer. I started off at Healthworks doing membership sales and it was at this point that I first found Pilates. I was suffering from some overuse in my knees and low back pain and once I started training in the Pilates method I found such a huge change. Being able to share this form of exercise with as many people as I can is what drives me as a trainer!

Coming from an athletic background of martial arts, football, and baseball, where I happened to sustain many injuries, I’ve had to adapt the way I train and workout many times over the course of my life. Therefore, I find my passion working with clients that have varying walks of life. Whether it be someone who has an injury that needs rehabilitation, a client who is focused on weight loss, or a person who wants to perform at an athletic level, I have the knowledge and experience to support them along the way and accelerate the time it takes to reach their individual goals.

Fitness came into my life when I needed it the most. As a child I always struggled with self-confidence, anxiety and unhealthy eating habits. It wasn’t until my mid-twenties that I realized I needed to take control of my life and make a lifestyle change. I began spending time in the gym and was instantly hooked. I eventually decided that I wanted to make it my career and help others who were struggling with the similar issues. During my time as a trainer, I’ve worked with an array of clients, focusing on weight loss, strength gains, and wedding prep.
